  Trying to simply add a name to an existing bank account. You would think this would be as simple as visiting the customer service desk, however had to book an appointment for 3 hours later to add name.
  
  Would like to call branch manager to complain, however BMO does not publish names of managers for their respective branches on their website.
  
  Tried to call branch numerous times, however it appears that nobody is answering phone calls at the branch. Voicemail indicating that they will attempt to return phone calls by end of business day.
  
  Called customer service call centre where attendant transferred call to branch manager's extension. Branch manager's voicemail indicated that he is out of the office until August 21 (today), but yet to be updated to indicate whether manager is in today.
  
  Called back to branch and tried every employee listed in staff directory with not a single employee answering.
  
  Would recommend that if you want a bank offering any level of customer service, that you look elsewhere.
